I of late bought this bike not running, did a few things to it.. checked for spark, changed crank solenoid, new battery, front brakes. Distant and cleaned the tank. Tried to start had no fuel pump noise.. pulled the pump and it was thoroughly clogged. Replaced the fuel pump and put a filter on the recess side succeeding.. still no fire pump noise.. it did fire on carb dry cleaner tried and true jumping the mmm nothing.. whatsoever ideas on wherefore no fire pump action?

Likely is a relay and maybe a fuse for the pump.
You need a wiring diagram and a time.

Relay is built in to the pump, brand bran-new, only fuse in its line is the ignition.. I take up the wiring plot and traced wires.. potential difference regulator is where the power comes from.. I went leading and consecutive unmatchable they are bad cheap.. give thanks you for the reply.

I was going to guess what Easy Rider said. Voltage regulatlor sounds about in good order. Keep us posted?

I remember you have mis-taken "where the power comes from".
Information technology is very presumptive that is only a convenient connection point for the power dab......and the regulator itself has NOTHING to do with the proper operation of the pump.

Thusly.....since you have a plot and a meter.....when you turn the firing ON does power appear at the fuel pump ?
I don't think I've ever seen a design where it does non.

And the electrical relay that is built into the pump is, I mean, one that shuts it off when the pressure builds up. I was thought about a relay that applies power when the ignition is Along and removes it when the ignition is OFF. But given the connectedness point, in that location may not be a separate relay for that.

Might sound silly but last year I bought a non-gushing VZ800. Repaired and replaced several things, rebuilt carbs, etc. Finally figured out IT wouldn't start without the hold tight pry being pulled in. Past IT would knock off everytime I put it in train (kickstand switch). None of these sound like your issue but it would have saved me a good deal of time if I had known of these features.

Then it would scratch off everytime I put it geared (kickstand switch). None of these sound like your issue but it would have blessed me a lot of clock time if I had proverbial of these features.

As long as we'atomic number 75 on the silly, should-be-obvious farce, that red kill switch on the right handlebar got me once and had me stumped for around an time of day on a hot freeway. I had inadvertently brushed my glove crosswise it and didn't even find that I had stirred it, and it wasn't regular moved sufficient to notice at first, but it sure shut things down.

Happens to the best of us. Anyone try to ride off with your kickstand depressed, and cant figure out why your cycle keeps closing disconnected?
